    We visited Mantra about a year ago and it was really great. This is why we came back but this time it was mediocre. One of us had the winter special which was great. But I had the calamari starter which was nothing special, then I had the prawns which were dry without any sauce, the other guest had the Mantra burger which was just like any ordinary burger. When you charging top dollar you expect something special. But prawns without sauces is not special. It just seemed like nothing was special. We even had to ask for tomato sauce and mayo for the chips. Surely that should be served when bringing the food? Our waiter was not interested in how we enjoyed the food, there was no host checking on how the food was, we asked for toothpicks but landed up getting them ourselves. Total disinterest in looking after us as guests. As though he was doing us a favor.. Sadly we won’t be back.

    We enjoyed ourselves so much , we came back the next day! Beautiful location with a lovely breeze! Margaritas & tuna tartare were excellent!
