    Christmas Lunch - One would expect the cooked food to be hot, however we had to request our server to Microwave our Christmas Dinner so that it was edible

    The set up is not good for large amounts of people. The queues are too long and the wait long is unbearable

    Quite a shit experience frankly. I called to make a booking and after being hung up on twice finally managed to get one. Drove 40kms to come to the restaurant only to be told at the gate no sorry you can't come the restaurant is fully booked. I explained that that doesn't apply to me since I've ALREADY booked. No dice. I was sent away so frankly it was shit.

    This is our 4th year that we have returned for Christmas Lunch. We love going back. I realise that lunch starts at 12h30 (or whatever given time should it change), but I would like it if we could be seated on arrival if we arrive a little early. Order drinks and get comfortable while we wait - so avoiding the Q where everyone jumps into line at the given time.
