    I highly recommend this restaurant! The menu is wonderfully diverse, featuring exceptional small plates. Some dishes incorporate local parmesan, adding a delightful touch, but the standout of our meal was undoubtedly the line fish crudo—it was absolutely phenomenal.

    Outstanding service from the staff especially Daniel who was our waiter. Probably the best waiter we’ve ever experienced worldwide. Fantastic food, we had the lamb for two ) although the broccoli was disappointing. The carrots a must have ! Well worth a visit ( especially if you can have the PDR - “private dining room “ as we did ) . Will be going back in the future with overseas guests.

    Wow, what an unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. The Merchant Bar & Grill was a standout, and the dessert... simply divine! Every bite felt like a celebration of taste. Can’t recommend this place enough. A must-visit for anyone looking for amazing food and an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to come back!

    Merchant was an excellent experience from soup to nuts. Great food, great wine, great service. Thanks for making our American Thanksgiving away from home such a memorable one.

    The service was excellent from the moment that we enter the establishment. Your staff, Daniel, the waiter explained the menu and made us feel at home. I found the CBC beers to be abit pricy. Thanks for the excellent, professional and friendly service. It was a memorable evening. Keep up the good work.
