    Wonderful set menu for valentine's dinner. Always good to eat at Modena having not been there for a while.

    Service staff were excellent. Burrata pizza was unfortunately dry, very difficult to cut through and bland. Waiter looked at it amd said that the chef forgot to add base sauce. My wife's Pollo Milanese was fair and could have been very tasty, except that the excessive oil gave her a tummy ache. I read previous reviews which spoke of soft Italian music which I would have enjoyed if it was played. However, any music was drowned out by the rowdiness in the restaurant. The external environment reeked of marijuana. The meal, a soft drink and a Lite beer cost about R600. Price is never an issue if the experience is good.
