Our open-air piazza, Mozzafiato, translated as ‘simply breath-taking’, sits at the epicentre of Serengeti’s food empire.     The food was good and surprisingly well priced. The only real issue I had was it was extremely loud inside. There was no music playing or anything so I was surprised I could not hear the people sitting across myself. If I can also make a recommendation, get 1 Menu with everything. Having multiple menu's is kinda confusing and weird :-) But everything said, I can recommend the restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

    When booking for Father’s Day we were not informed that it will be a buffet. At the price of R450 per head you got no starter, over cooked stew, pap & rice and the cheapest desert. The food was cold and very hardly any meat in site. Very disappointing to say the least. Management didn’t seem to concerned about our complaint.

    Went there for mother's day. The mother's day platter was amazing, the food overall was delicious and perfect, no complaints on the food side. But unfortunately a few items we wanted to order was not available, no R & R on tap, no Pork Belly main available and the lady of the day i.e. my mother was also unable to get her main dish as there was no more feta available for the Roast Potato & Feta dish. So the service was bad and the food that was available was awesome.

    Overall I Enjoyed my experience in Mozzafiato, i hope one day i will make my dream a reality of becoming a resident of Serengeti so that I can come to Mozzafiato anytime of the day
