Named after two streets in New York City, Mulberry & Prince is the brainchild of foodie friends and co-owners, Cornel Mostert and Cynthia Rivera, who met whilst studying at The Culinary Institute of America. The perfect fusion of South African and American, Cynthia grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and Cornel was born and bred in the Mother City. The pair's combined experience stretches to some of the world's top international kitchens including Noma in Copenhagen, Alinea in Chicago and The Modern in New York City. "Everything from the food, to the decor and music thats playing reflects both of our personalities, all coming together in an intriguing space," says Cornel Mostert, co-owner and chef.

    The food and the vibes were great! We did have to wait very long ( +/- 1 hour) for our food and when we wanted to order something sweet, we were told that we needed to clear our table.

    The cheese in the omelette is over powering try and add something maybe some salmon. The burger was too tangy think it’s the source maybe it was too much and the music was disappointing I think you can put more effort it when it comes to the music after all it was a Saturday afternoon but I didn’t get that vibe at all

    Food was a 10/10 , beautiful presentation and the portion size of the food was a pleasant surprise 😍, Coffee could have been bigger that’s the only thing missing!
