Named after two streets in New York City, Mulberry & Prince is the brainchild of foodie friends and co-owners, Cornel Mostert and Cynthia Rivera, who met whilst studying at The Culinary Institute of America. The perfect fusion of South African and American, Cynthia grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and Cornel was born and bred in the Mother City. The pair's combined experience stretches to some of the world's top international kitchens including Noma in Copenhagen, Alinea in Chicago and The Modern in New York City. "Everything from the food, to the decor and music thats playing reflects both of our personalities, all coming together in an intriguing space," says Cornel Mostert, co-owner and chef.

    I’ve been in CPT for less than a week and I’ve already been here twice, third is highly possible! I’d recommend you work through the menu because everything is bomb but the blueberry pancakes - OMG! One of my best bites of the year. Chicken and waffles??? Colour me obsessed. Matcha could be better but still a solid 8.5/10

    I ordered fullhouse breakfast and it was not as delicious as i am used to. My partner ordered Fried chicken & Waffles and she was not happy too. Chicken portions has been reduced. The quality of the food is no longer the same. M&P used to be my favourite breaskfast spot but not anymore. We didn't even get a thank you from the lady who was serving us even after we gave a tip
