Established in 2006, Mythos has fast become renowned for its authentic Greek cuisine, and ‘authentic’ is not a term we use lightly.

Our Head Chef brings with her a wealth of family recipes, and insists upon importing all her key ingredients from Greece. This authentic culinary approach has garnered us the title of Best Greek Restaurant in Joburg, Pretoria and Ekurhuleni at the Best of Awards from 2013 to 2019.

But for us, it’s not about awards, or accolades, or recognition. For us, our business is sharing the warmth of our unique Greek culture and tradition with you.

    Fried lamb chops should not be on the menu! Three 5mm thin chops which is the equivalent of one normal lamb is not anywhere near an adult portion.!!! We don't look at price when ordering our meal and expect good quality and decent portions: 2 out of 10 for the lamb chops. 9 out of 10 for kingklip.
