In the heart of the Melrose Arch precinct, Johannesburg, the next chapter of drinks experience awaits you. At its core a seriously impressive whisky bar (home to Navigate World Whisky and ground zero for serious whisky enthusiasts) but with champagne, wine and sake to try alongside chocolate pairings, barrel-aged beer and perhaps the most expressive and pure cocktails found anywhere, it’s become the place not just for a drink, but an endless experience.

Boasting over 1,200 bottles of limited-edition whisky, 300 bottlings of real-deal rum, 50 mezcals and other fine spirits totalling around 1,600 bottles of fine spirits (and growing), this remains a treasure trove for the curious and a home for gastronomes, bon vivants, and flavour seekers. With its cellar door pricing (bottles straight out the boutique) it’s also just a great place to catch a drink, unwind after a long day or celebrate something with a glass of bubbles.

    Visiting from Canada and we had an amazing time. Shawn was so knowledgeable and made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely recommend NPF for a great time out.

    OMG, this place is amazing but perhaps what really makes it so fantastic was the first class service and knowledge offered by (I think it was) Stanley. We had a lot of flights and drinks so excuse me if I cant recall. Either way he was just the best. We are avid whiskey drinkers, but he totally taught us a thing or two. The selection is quite interesting as several were South African releases only but fantastic We will absolutely visit again.
