    A Mother’s Day to Remember at Nederburg Wine Estate. We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating Mother’s Day with a three-course lunch at The Manor House at Nederburg Wine Estate, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance, warm service, and stunning surroundings set the tone for a truly special afternoon. The three-course meal we enjoyed was a masterpiece in both flavor and presentation. Each dish was beautifully plated — the kind of artistry that makes you pause before taking your first bite. Every course offered a balance of creativity and comfort, showcasing locally sourced ingredients prepared with real finesse. From starters to dessert, the food was absolutely excellent. The flavors were rich yet balanced, and the attention to detail in every element made it feel like a fine-dining experience without pretension. It’s clear the chefs take great pride in what they do. What truly elevated the experience was how perfect it felt for the occasion. The Manor’s elegant setting, paired with the personal touches for Mother’s Day, made our moms feel truly celebrated and appreciated. Highly recommended — whether for a special occasion or simply to indulge in a top-tier meal paired with some of the Cape’s finest wines.

    Mother's Day lunch was lovely- treated with arrival bubbles and a gift. Food was tasty and non pretentious, some dishes could have had a bit more imagination with taste. Nederburg is a must for families, superb setting.

    Everything was fine but the Nederburg Mcc did not have the vintage on the bottle (they said it was 2016)

    We enjoyed our wine tasting experience. We had cheese accompanying 4 wines and I ordered a feta garlic pizza. Service was warm and there was a relaxed attitude. Garden and grounds are well cared for. Even saw the old wine cellar being decorated for a wedding.

    Wheelchair access was excellent but not well explained before arrival. Not to worry though as the hostess personally escorted us to our table and offered an easier way of exiting.

    The booking app gives you the option to select your seating in the Manor House or Terrace. However, everyone was seated on the terrace.
