Great place. However, its very cold due to how open it is and the screens are not really effective, a slight drop in temperature can really make the stay uncomfortable. But good place for a hot summers day/evening

I visited this restaurant last night and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing compared to my previous visit in March. The decline in both service and overall quality was stark and disheartening. To begin with, the service was very underwhelming. The waiter assigned to our table appeared uninterested and inattentive throughout the evening. He was far more engaged and energetic when attending to other tables that seemed to be purchasing more, while he treated us with dismissiveness and at times outright rudeness. This created a very negative impression, as it felt as though the level of service depended on how much one spent, rather than providing consistent hospitality to all customers. The seating arrangement was also mishandled. I had specifically reserved to sit downstairs, yet upon arrival, our table had been given away to other customers. Instead, we were placed upstairs, which proved to be an extremely uncomfortable environment. The music was so loud that I literally had to raise my voice to be heard by my friend, which made conversation unpleasant and tiring. Additionally, the space was cramped — people repeatedly brushed past my chair, forcing me to move it throughout the evening just to avoid constant interruptions. As for the food, it was far below expectations. The quality was disappointing, the preparation unremarkable, and it did not in any way justify the high prices being charged. For the cost, one would expect significantly better standards both in taste and presentation. The only redeeming aspects of the experience were the alcohol and the shisha, which seemed to be the restaurant’s only strengths. Overall, this visit was frustrating and deeply disappointing, particularly given that my experience during a previous visit in March had been so much better with a different waiter. The inconsistency in both service and quality is unacceptable for an establishment positioned at this price point.
