    There was a misunderstanding for our booking, we were seated upstairs in a very crowded area. Too much smoking and hubbly. Decided to leave and dine elsewhere.

    I made a reservation, but upon arrival we were placed downstairs in a very uncomfortable spot. We asked our waiter if we could be moved upstairs, as we had booked in advance, and were told he would check with the lady at the door who handles placements. We were then informed that the restaurant was fully booked and that there was no space upstairs. We also requested to be moved to a different table in the same area because the people next to us kept bumping into us, but again we were told the space was reserved. We eventually decided to leave as the service and assistance we received were very disappointing. What made it worse was that, on our way out, we noticed that the upstairs area was actually half empty. It really makes me question the point of making a reservation if we are still placed in uncomfortable seats and given inaccurate information. I’m very disappointed with the service and the handling of bookings.
