    Very poor service. Not Nobu style.

    We loved it. The decor, the music, friendly and professional service and absolutely delicious food. A must when coming to beautiful Cape Town.

    Food was decent we had the lamb chops which were amazing, the crispy rice and tuna which was also great, the king crab leg which was great, and the mochido for dessert. Service was absolutely terrible, server only came to table three times throughout the evening, spent the entire time at other tables without checking on our table. We only had one drink which was ordered before the food, and that same glass was still on the table when our meal was completed and bill paid, we were never asked about another drink or additional meal items had to cancel the rice because it never came out. Another server had to come over and refill our water cup because it remained empty. I celebrated a birthday, server did not bring the birthday dish to table and only showed back up to table after the dishes were completed and the bill was set to be paid. Extremely unsatisfied with the service at this restaurant.

    The ambience and food was very good. But it's been a long time since I witnessed such poor coordination and management on the floor of a restaurant . The staff seemed to be arguing amongst themselves. We wondered whether there was no manager working the night we were there.
