    Booked for the mothers day lunch. For one the set menu was nothing to write home about, no swaps were allowed so dietary accommodation was non-existent. The non alcoholic champagne was quite sweet for a brut. Main course was dry and uninspiring. Dessert was the only noteworthy course. I expressed to Pinkie our waitress, that we felt they were rushing us cause courses were served immediately as you were done with the previous, and fortunately this was expressed in front of management so instead for dessert we were able to say we're ready for the next course now and then we had a better dining experience. Overall I get the sense that management is maximising cost efficiency but unfortunately at the expense of the dining experience, anxious management causes anxious waiting staff. Would highly recommend you take your money and time elsewhere for the rather steep price you pay. @Pinkie thank you for being the only good thing we experienced in addition to the dessert

    The food and drinks were top notch👌the service was amazing 🙌🏽the staff is super friendly. Celebrating my Birthday at Houghton hotel was worth it🥳🥳Would definitely go more often for Lunch with friends!

    We had a wonderful dining experience at the Nova at the Houghton Hotel. The food and service were top-notch, just awesome 👌. I had a vegan burger which was the most delicious vegan burger I've ever eaten.
