    What an incredible experience! I'm not a whiskey person but walked out a Bourbon Girl all thanks to Shaun (hopefully that's the right spelling). He's probably one of very few men who can multi-task, juggling multiple tables on his own with neither feeling neglected was impressive stuff! His knowledge, and most importantly his passion for what he does was amazing to witness. We'll be back and look forward to discovering more flights. Thanks again Shaun!

    I treated my partner to a cognac tasting experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly so we learnt a lot which gave us a greater appreciation for the tasting itself. The setting is a cosy, intimate one and we were lucky to have the space almost to ourselves. We'll certainly return for other tastings in future. Thanks to the staff for making it such a special experience.
