It was a really disappointing and unacceptable experience. We booked for dinner via the app and received confirmation for said booking. It was a special occasion- it was my mom and dads 25th anniversary, so my brother and I wanted to treat them to something special. Upon arrival at the Ocular lounge we were told by the security downstairs that the restaurant has been closed till the 15th of January, so we couldn’t even enter the restaurant even after having a confirmation of a booking. We went around at different restaurants but couldn’t get any available tables as it was New Year’s Eve. Because of this instance a special occasion was ruined. This was highly unprofessional

One of the worst experiences I 've had in a restaurant.... Booked a table for special birthday... No one to show us to Table.... Food of the worst I ate , no ambiance or Music whatsoever..... 20 Minutes and we were out of there... Went to another restaurant and had the most enjoyable time...

the menu is not very extensive but more than enough to recover strength after seeing the museum, the food is good, the location amazing, it have a terrace overlooking Table mountain that you can visit located on top of the old silos. Very good in general, it is a pity that is not open to the public, you only can access to the restaurant if visit the museum previous payment of the entrance, but the museum visit is worth it too
