    Our food was very average..I received my steak without a side and was told that it was still coming so I sent it back to then receive my meal made well done instead of medium. I had to send it back again and then waited a while to receive it again, by this time my entire party had done eating and also got their take away containers. I got my food so late, ate a little and then left. This was supposed to be my birthday lunch and I was so disappointed

    For the price, I would have expected the food to taste better, and the portions to be bigger. Good service at this visit, but previously I have experienced average service.

    Food was amazing, staff attentive and an overall great experience. I have eaten here more than 5 times and was not disappointed on every occasion.

    Our waiter didn't know what a Malibu and Appletizer was. First she brought me a Grapetizer. I then explained to her that it's not what I wanted. Left the Grapetizer on the table and then it took about 10 minutes for her to bring me a single shot of Malibu???? Had to explain a third time. Then proceeded to bring me a glass of ice. Still leaving me with the Grapetizer and then eventually changed it for Appletizer. Very disappointed compared to the level of service at Old Town Italy in Umhlanga. In Umhlanga we got served bread. Not at Pavillion. Ambience in Umhlanga is WAY better. Not all of us finished our meals so we had asked for take aways. Which were placed into a paper bag. We got home to find out that not all our take aways were placed in the bag.
