    Food was not good at all for an Italian restaurant. All 7 of our meals were below average. Very disappointing.

    Overall a good dining experience, although negatively impacted by the waitron getting 3 items we ordered incorrect.

    The food was bad. Pasta was not cooked correctly and the chicken parmesan had less cheese and burnt . The chicken fillet was hard and over cooked making it dry. They never check that I've updated times on my reservation. Very unprofessional

    Pizzas and Pastas were good. Service was shocking. We had about 15 pax and only 1 waiter who was extremely rude to basically everyone on the table. We asked the restaurant manager for another waiter and our request was ignored. She didn’t bother coming to our table during the course of the evening. We constantly had to call the waiter to get some service. The toilets were bad - looks like it wasn’t cleaned the entire day and had no hand soap in any of the dispensers. The ladies refused to go to the toilets and went to the Pavilion mall toilets instead! Surprisingly - there were only about 4 tables occupied around 6pm on a Friday night. Overall - Food was good but service and toilets shocking.
