    Waitress was distracted, watched people who were seated after us receive food sat for 3 hours, waitress forgotten dessert, felt like we were abandoned, the saving grace was the food but service was horrendous

    Not geared up for Mothers day. 45 minutes and still no coffee ordered after Breakfast.Cancelled coffee and paid my bill. Waiters terribly embarresed and not their fault. Only 1 "Barman" on duty.

    Food took an hour to receive. My breakfast as tiny - two poached eggs on tiny toast and avo. It was expensive particularly for what it was. We were also given the wrong drink order.

    Our food was over two hours late. When we did get it, it was dry and rubbery, all while we watched others being served and leave about three times. We were never met with any sort of recourse, just a flimsy apology and dry food that makes me never want to come back. I understand it was a busy day but with three managers (we were told) in charge; you’d think they’d have a better handle at communicating this. My meal made me sick and yet our bill was very quick to arrive.

    No Avo or mushrooms & no prior notice. Customers should be told before they are seated as this was a breakfast seating. Waitress was sweet but not very attentive and we had to go look for her to get extra cutlery. The almond milk flat white was terrible and I could not even drink it. The cushions were visibly dirty.
