    Our coffees arrived cold, even after asking it to be warmed up, it came back just the cups warm but the contents still cold. I ordered the Avo on toast. I found the cost exuberant for the size of the toast that arrived. The service was very poor, I had to get up multiple time to ask for something although we were only one of 3 tables. I ordered the ice cream with smarties and was advised the soft serve is not available and that it is normal ice cream. The ice cream in the cone already arrived melted. We tipped our waiter in full out of respect. It our first time at Simonsvlei and was very disappointing.

    Everything was so wonderful and thoughtful. The service was amazing- your manager is a miracle worker! She is amazing and the staff were super friendly. We really enjoyed every moment!
