    We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The spa treatment was incredibly relaxing, with attentive service and a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind and feel completely pampered. The high tea was equally wonderful, with a beautiful selection of treats, and an elegant presentation. Everything felt thoughtful and special, making it a truly enjoyable experience. A perfect combination of relaxation and indulgence. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

    My friend is vegetarian and does not eat spicy food, so there wasn't much for her on the menu. I enjoyed my lamb kofta flatbread although the bread was a bit dense and soggy. But service was impeccable and the surroundings lovely.

    We enjoyed a lovely 3-course Perfect Pairing dinner at The Palm Terrace. Warm and friendly service, delicious food, cosy ambience and beautiful decor made this an evening to remember. A lovely place for special occasions and date nights. Look forward to returning to explore the stunning grounds and hotel.     Expensive. Am probably not the kind the kind of customer they're aiming for - I like my food unadorned, not designed to coo over or for a snap in Instagram. I daresay that makes me hopelessly old-fashioned but I'm good with that. It's good to see the owners keeping an old building going rather than knocking it down and putting up four soulless glass boxes.

    The whole experience was absolutely phenomenal except for one tiny little thing. The lamb was not soft and tender like a roast lamb should be. Otherwise EVERY SINGLE thing was top notch. Zaara was amazing and the other waitrons. The playlist we also discussed was perfect and well chosen. It was our first visit and we will be back without a doubt. Thank you.

    the only issue was that the small plates which were noted on the website (and our main reason for going) were no longer available. The actual menu was a different menu??? But the food and service was exceptional and the venue was great.
