    Such a beautiful location with so much potential but unfortunately we had some of the worst service combined with below average food quality. From the bread being burnt and hard, to lack of flavour within the ingredients, the attitude from the staff were also less than interested in assisting us despite their own mistake - making it seem like it was an us problem - not even an apology or means to make up for the situation. Seems like the staff needs better training as they lacked knowledge of the menu, and advised about dishes that later were incorrect. The manager didn’t seem phased by their attitude, and overlooked how they treated us. We were so shell shocked that we actually wanted to leave during the seating but pushed through to the end - we should have left earlier.

    I had a lovely dining experience at Palm Terrace. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with beautiful decor that made the space feel calm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food absolutely amazing..

    Our waiter completely messed up our order. I order a medium tomahawk, got served a well steak my daughter ordered a well steak got served a rare steak my tomahawk was replaced with a different cut because they had ran out of tomahawk steaks! The order was taken by a different person and brought by another waiter! Our table was not cleared we had to make a plan as to how to make space for everything on the table. Our waiter never checked on us after our food was served till the time we left. An overall disappointing service…

    What an absolute gem! The Palm Terrace at Palm House truly impressed us with its delicious food, wonderful service, and the warmest, friendliest staff. We felt so welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. My elderly mother had an amazing and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

    Seriously good steak. If you enjoy your red meat then steak night Friday is the place you need to be. Simple preparation lets the meat do the talking .
