    We had a selection of sharing plates - all of which were masterpieces of beautiful presentation and perfectly delicious. We sat outside in the peaceful garden section and enjoyed superb friendly service. I can’t wait for my next visit!!

    My group ofv8 people had a lovely breakfast and enjoyed relaxing afterwards in the cosy lounge beside the fireplace. The menu is varied and interesting and tgecstaff are efficient and polite.

    Dear Palm House, we have enjoyed the Sunday Roast on a previous occasion, however our overall experience yesterday (14 June) was truly memorable. We would like to commend our waiter, Zara who made a special effort to host us. My only comment would be that consideration should be given to include a dessert option eg. a tart OR cheesecake.

    It was a interesting experience.. their were breakfast guests when I arrived 12.30 still sitting infront of the fire.! Too long! And selfish . I was taking a friend for a birthday treat on thursday lunchtime but they said their was a conference going to lunch me and my friend would be dining in same dining room! I said I wanted to go to the other dining room the staff said I couldn't. I didn't want to say and sit eith a conference obviously they eould take over dining room and make a noise.so I declined from taking my friend. .. I live in a splendid hse just up the road. I felt this petty.. why keep a room empty!! So I will take her elsewhere on this occasion. This put a bad taste in my mouth. Our waiter for Sunday lunch was charming. ....
