Born circa 1988, before the opening of the V&A Waterfront, Panama Jacks evolved from a boatyard servicing the Royal Cape Yacht Club to a quality Seafood Restaurant known all over the world. Situated near the V&A Waterfront Silo District, Panama Jacks is unique in its setting with all the hustle and bustle of a commercial port going about its daily business. The low-flag-bedecked-ceiling encapsulates the relaxed, Caribbean atmosphere where we believe that emphasis should be on tip-top food quality and service. Our extensive menus cater for guests from near and far and includes a recently added sushi menu. Additionally, our award-winning wine list offers an extensive range of South Africas finest wines. Not sure whats good? Ask us and well happily spare a suggestion or two. Take off your jacket, loosen your tie and let us do the rest!

Very disappointed in the overall food. Peking duck was over cooked and dried out. Tempura hake we might as well have bought it at a corner fish shop. For a vslentines meal it was sub par. Would I go there again? Definately not

Main courses overpriced. Starters were well priced and livers and mussels were delicious. Lobster overcooked but all enjoyed our food. All very nicely presented. At least one side dish should come with the main meal,
