Each and every pizza we make is made from our signature slow-proofed dough. This process involves over 48 hours of nurturing in order to prepare the pizza before it is baked in our woodfired ovens at an extremely high temperature. Stretching the dough is a skill mastered by our pizzaiolos who each make more than 4000 pizzas a month.

    Lovely experience. Service friendly, prompt, without being intrusive ... A win. Pizza's are delicious, the starter of artichoke hearts with scrumptious, fresh from the oven, garlic bread deserves special mention. Quite a generous portion too. Yum! The Dirty Lemonade was delious too.

    Horrendously slow but the pizza is great. 4 people sat down at 7:30 ordered by 7:45. Food arrived 9:15.

    The pizza is incredible especially the pepperoni and hot honey. The best seating is on the rooftop at sunset. Spectacular views.
