Each and every pizza we make is made from our signature slow-proofed dough. This process involves over 48 hours of nurturing in order to prepare the pizza before it is baked in our woodfired ovens at an extremely high temperature. Stretching the dough is a skill mastered by our pizzaiolos who each make more than 4000 pizzas a month.

    We went to Pizza Shed with my daughter & a few friends for her 13th birthday as we'd seen the rooftop area from the road and it looked like a great spot with mountain views! What we didn't realise was that the whole rooftop section was a smoking area despite being "indoors" and this was a real detractor from what would have a been a wonderful meal. We tried to open the windows and move around but it was impossible to get away from. We'd recommend adding this to your booking form e.g. Rooftop (smoking) area so that others are aware.

    How refreshing to read good reviews and experience the same. The pizzas were the best, base and toppings quality ingredients, fresh and super yummy. The pepperoni and hot honey was the favourite. The staff were friendly, passionate and attentive. The views were spectacular and the music created such a cool vibe. They also have a fabulous drinks menu with beer on tap, lemonade and much more. Nothing to fault. I will definitely be back!
