Situated In the Crags, North of Plettenberg Bay, on The Monkeyland Road, Porcupine Ceramics has collaborated with The Peppermill Café to offer yet another reason for you to “Cruise The Crags”.

Porcupine has created exciting unglazed ceramic “bisqueware” ceramic items (Initial firing at low temp) offering you the opportunity to indulge in your personal decorative ideas or "colour in" our suggested designs, to make these ceramic pieces your own works of art.

Peppermill Café is "on tap" to provide you with refreshments while you paint & to serve you, at their Cafe, delicious pre workshop breakfasts or post workshop lunches to complete your experience pleasure threefold.

Painting takes place indoors in the Mohair Mill’s vast open plan store or, on sunny days, out in the open at The Peppermill Café.

    Nice selection of items to paint. Could have more colours in the paint spectrum and maybe some chilled background music :-) All in all a great fun experience!
