    We pitched to a closed venue while we do understand bag the whole of Western Cape was in a frenzy commitment to advice their clients who drove so far in to them would have been courteous that they are closed for the day No refunds have been provided as well

    If I could give no stars for service and ambience, I would. Service was shocking. When I originally booked I had booked an inside table. I called two days before our reservation to reduce the number of diners. The person who took my call suggested we should rather take an outside table, to which I agreed. The person whom I spoke to assured me if the weather was not great they would move us inside. The evening of our reservation was incredibly windy and yet we still were seated outside (even after being assured that this would not happen). We asked twice if we could move inside (when we saw that tables were available). The manager even said to us that once a table became available he would move us inside. This never happened and we ended sitting outside which was not pleasant at all. The waiter who served our table barely deserves a one star rating. This is actually the second time we have been served by him, the first time was at a picnic at Quoin rock, the wine farm. The first experience with this waiter was as bad. Our reservation was on New Year’s Eve. I completely understand that they were busy and had a lot of diners. Even with saying that the service was terrible and we waited ages for drinks and to be served. We were not the only ones having this issue. The food was mediocre and not worth the price, and the food (paella and risotto) arrived cold at the table This is the last time we will dine at either the wine farm or Qbar.

    We were not offered seating in the main restaurant area which is unfortunate. Food selection quite limited. Food was served warm to even cold.
