    Loved every detail about this place - the design, the food, the decor, the art, the wine, the views, the green around the winery and the amazing service! I will definitely be back.

    It was a disappointing experience overall. For transparency, we did receive a complimentary platter, but the service and guest management were seriously lacking. We had been enjoying our wine tasting for almost an hour when we politely asked for one particular door to be closed — it was extremely cold and windy, and that door created a tunnel effect that made sitting there uncomfortable. It took nearly 40 minutes for the staff to act on this simple request. Once the door was finally closed and the temperature improved, a new guest arrived, immediately demanded that the same door be reopened, and threw a tantrum when they didn’t get their way. Instead of handling the situation sensibly or suggesting that guest move to one of the many open tables available, the staff rushed to reopen the door and then came to us asking if we could move instead, practically begging. Throughout the meal, they also seemed unsure how to handle the initial complaint — first saying our meal would be complimentary, then changing it to just the platter, then back and forth again. It was clear the team had little to no experience managing complaints or guest relations. What should have been a lovely anniversary lunch was completely ruined by poor management and disorganized service. We won’t be returning.

The Wine Lounge is a large public venue that accommodates many guests at the same time, and for this reason, adjustments such as opening or closing doors need to take into consideration the comfort of all guests in the space. Alternative seating options were available further inside the venue, and our team would have been able to relocate your table had this been requested.
