    Christmas Lunch: When I arrived the lady at Reception was really friendly and helpful. Shortly came another girl and told the girl why is she still accepting walk in for the Christmas lunch. The approach was mean and very inappropriate as a paying customer I felt very offended as it occurred to me that she is now doing me a favour instead of handling the situa In a decent and professional way.
