    The food was not great, their cocktails were. Drinks and food took too long. Tricia was lovely and so was the ambiance.

    Absolutely appalled by the service i recieved at Reign on 11 Jan. It was a special birthday and when I arrived my table was not prepared, I finally get seated at a table and it was as if they threw a couple of menus on the table and that's that. I had to constantly try get the attention of a waiter and when I did she gave me drinks and then a bill, explaining they are forced to bill drinks and food separately. Her English was poor and she seemed rather pre occupied with cleaning the table next to me rather than taking my order. It was 11:30am and I asked for a lunch menu, she said she couldn't give me one because its still breakfast but then rushed me to pay the bill because they are doing a change over from breakfast to lunch a mere 10 min later. Eventually she brings the bill for the food seperate again and says the card machines are slow and not working so I had to pay in cash. Overall a terrible experience, food was sub par and it really ruined my mom's special day as I asked for a dessert with happy birthday on the plate and it was not done. Will definitely do a review on all social media platforms as its sad for the restaurant to claim they are a luxury restaurant and treat their patrons so badly. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

    First time at the Reign Restaurant. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome, and the place has a royal touch. Our waitress, Tracia, served us with a smile and always checked on us. It was a special day for my beautiful wife, and thanks to Amelia, such a soulful lady, we were treated like royalty throughout the evening. I will still dine at this place soon.
