    the experience at reign was mind blowing from the welcoming of the hostess down to the last dish everything felt perfectly orchestrated ,it was really worthy of a detour and according to me i wish michelin guide could recognise these south african restaurants

    Food portions are relatively small for the price, therefore not value for money. Elegant restaurant though, service was average, not too bad. Upon paying our bill, our waitress Lungile Dubamane's change drastically when she saw the gratuity towards the bill, which is normally 10% of the bill for the service ambassador, but her she was really not happy with the tip, I don't know because it was 10% of the bill. She didn't even greet my wife when we left the restaurant, which clearly indicated to us that she was clearly not happy. I'm not sure what it is that we are suppose to pay as a tip. Toilets needs more cleaning, especially the men's urinals and floor area below urinals. Thanks
