    We were a table of 3 adults and 5 children that prebooked. The concept of the tasting and paring was an excellent idea. The actually food and beverages finally served were incredible. They were severely short staffed, with just two people in the kitchen and two people of the floor. You could see they were stressed and taking strain. They were working as hard as they could. They also served the biscuits first and then only the hot chocolate/milkshake tastings about an hour afterwards. Can you imagine trying to hold off 5 children from eating these biscuits before the actual "pairing beverages" actually come??? It was a parents nightmare. They also took an hour and half to serve us loaded fries. Which were delicious, but the kids were already restless and parents exhausted. I recommend only going with adults, even though there is much hype online over the kids pairings this holiday.

    Bad service, long waiting, barely acknowledge by staff despite the store not being busy. We were asked if we wanted our tasting before or after the food, we said before. It came out after. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, 30 minutes to be served our drinks. we had a party of 3 people, our tastings came 5 minutes after each other, with the hot chocolate being luke warm at best. Was okay to have tried but won’t return again

    Only fault on the hot chocolate pairing was that it was lukewarm and not HOT. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.
