    Lisa was the absolute best, ordered food and drinks and within a few minutes our orders arrived. She was kind , sweet, attentive and even offered to take photos of my friends and I. She really made my 30th birthday experience so perfect. She is definitely a great asset to your business.

    We had made a reservation for around 9:30pm. When we got to the place, we weren't attended to. Tried to sit on one of the tables and a foreign bouncer said to sit there, we must pay 20k. We left immediately! The place isn't what it is advertised as.

    I think Rita's is a cool place however, as a person of colour I felt othered in this establishment. I reserved a table for two on this particular day, however when I arrived there was no table to speak of. A table had to be fetched from somewhere in the back and was placed against a wall, as an afterthought of sorts. I was not offered the same courtesy as other tables who were constantly checked on and had their orders taken. I had to fetch my own drinks from the bar. I left after two drinks. I felt unwelcome but like I said I think it's a cool place. Right of admission is reserved I suppose.
