A sensational Grande Buffet - Opened it's doors in 2009 at the Golden Horse Casino. Rockafellas is an exciting concept taking our customers back in time, surrounded by an atmosphere of relaxed swanky elegance. The theme creates a unique, yet comfortable, jazzy, "speak-easy" feel.

On offer is a delicious variety of daily prepared, mouth-watering dishes for all tastes and cultures. The open plan buffet is designed to be interactive with our diners and our team of chefs' while making choices from a large variety of delicious dishes on offer.

These include various succulent roasts, casseroles, curries, seafood and chicken grills, pizza, pasta and a flaming stir fry station, where you can create your own, both hot and cold starters and a dazzling display of desserts, not to mention a variety of homemade breads from our own bakery.

This upmarket restaurant has sweeping views of the Scottsville Race Course and the city. A unique, friendly and fun atmosphere to soothe the soul.     My visit to your establishment was to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. Something, as a family we were quite excited about. I booked for 10 and paid a deposit. Sanjay confirmed my booking when the deposit was paid as well as on the morning of the booking. Unfortunately, it started on a bad note. One person was delayed due to travelling and could not attend the supper. When paying, I was advised that i had to pay for ten despite the one absent family member. I enquired why, to which i was told it is the policy and i would have been told so when i booked. I advised the welcoming staff member that i was not informed and was told that i should have read the booking confirmation. The manager was requested, who was present during my enquiry, and all i was told was that it is the policy. I explained that i was not advised when i did my booking and that it unfair to pay for a person that is not present but that i will pay for the full booking. This immediately caused an upset with my family as we were here to celebrate an occasion and felt that it was unfair to pair for a person not attending, especially that i was not advised so. Despite this damper, we managed to celebrate the birthday. Our waiter Asiphele (hope my spelling is correct) did a great job. The food was tasty. We have previously booked at your establishment but did not encounter such issues when booking and making payment. As a family, we have decided to, not support your establishment in future, due to the poor service that we received from your welcoming and management staff.

    Amazing food, friendly service, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we are just not very big eaters, but value for money, and we loved every bit of it. Hats off to the chefs.
