The trendy Rockefeller Plaza is our main restaurant, offering an all-day dining menu with a range of sophisticated main meals as well as more casual wood-fire pizzas and tasty burgers. Children under 12 receive 50% off our standard menu (not applicable on the kids menu).

    Very disappointed. We were told the restaurant was fully booked when we called, yet there were empty tables and we had made an online reservation. On arrival, staff said they would call the manager when we mentioned the reservation, but we were left waiting with no update. We waited almost an hour for food, only to be told at the end that the ribs I ordered were sold to someone else, even though I had ordered them about 45 minutes earlier. There was no communication and no effort to resolve the situation. I was forced to order something else while the rest of the table received their food, and I only received mine about 30 minutes later. To top it off, a service fee was automatically added to the bill even though we were only a table of four. Poor service and a very frustrating experience.

    Outstanding, we really had a great time, service was great. Food was great. Staff were great and efficient with their service. Thanks to Mimi for hosting us. Will definitely return

    On arrival we were given welcome drinks and Mimi greeted us with a warm smile. We are greatfull for Mimi and her team that gave us the best Christmas experience.

    Best Christmas lunch I had which I didn't prepare myself. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the hotel is clean and neat

    Such a disappointment! The service from everyone front of house, from the car park attendant to to the reception desk, was superb... unfortunately it was not matched by the restaurant staff. After waiting 40 minutes for our meal, I eventually went to find our waiter to find out was was going on (we'd not seen anyone since we were brought our first drinks). All the waiting staff were hanging around the kitchen chatting, and he was obviously annoyed at being interrupted and told me "just 5 more minutes". Ten minutes later he brought out two meals. We waited a further ten minutes for the third person to be served, before I again went and looked for him to find out what had happened to the last meal. This time I was told "you only wanted a sandwich; it's coming!" About ten minutes later he brought it to the table. We had now been waiting almost an hour to start our meal - and none of us had time to finish our food as we were in danger of missing the start of our show at Artscape. I'm sure it did no favours to the food that it was cold when we eventually got to eat it (and my two guests reported their food - the lemon chicken pasta and the toasted chicken mayo sandwich - was fine), but my fish was overcooked and I was happy to leave it behind, uneaten. I found the experience embarrassing (the "lunch and a show" were my treat to my two guests) as well as unpleasant. No wonder they want a deposit before they allow you to book - it's the only way to stop people just getting up and walking out!! When reception asked me if we'd enjoyed our lunch I told them of the unacceptable delay in being served, and they explained it was a slow day, and the kitchen usually prepared food more slowly when there were so few people in the restaurant! I now understand why there were so few people there - I certainly will never go back.

    The host was not nice. artwell was kind of lecturing me when I brought extra 4ppl with to my reservation. Very embarrassing that he called me aside as naughty child to lecture me. We were celebrating my husband’s 45th birthday. Never felt this way at any restaurant. Also your website says smart casual. No one else in The restaurant beside my clique were dressed smart?
