The trendy Rockefeller Plaza is our main restaurant, offering an all-day dining menu with a range of sophisticated main meals as well as more casual wood-fire pizzas and tasty burgers. Children under 12 receive 50% off our standard menu (not applicable on the kids menu).

    I’m actually speechless as to how terrible the entire experience was. It was my daughter’s 15th birthday and wanted to celebrate it in style at the Rockefeller restaurant,yet it was a disaster! Firstly the food took about 30 minutes before arriving,my youngest daughter ordered a hamburger which was served medium rare,I got up and walked over to front desk to return the burger and complain to manager,which actually said nothing!!! After about 10 minutes the manager brought back the burger but with such arrogance I was horrified,NOT even apologetic about having the burger served that way in the first place. Who serves a hamburger to a child medium rare to begin with,it’s unheard of. Then there is the fact that they had no coke or Fanta in stock,which having been in the service industry myself I know that usually staff members are told before there shift start of any unavailability in store so they are well informed and therefore can inform there customers of any unavailability for today before you make a choice. Nothing worse than having decided what you want and then to be told that there is No stock!! During the coarse of our lunch/dinner celebration NOT ONCE DID ANYONE COME AND ASK US IF EVERYTHING WAS “ok” ! Bearing in mind there was 6 of us and I never ate,because I had lost my appetite completely because of utter disgust in the entire experience. I’m a single mother and it took a lot for me to spoil my daughter and her friends to celebrate her special day. The bill was 3400 and I paid the bill in full. Still speechless!!!

    ohh our waiter sis Thandi was the best. She made us feel at home. We’d love to see more waiters like her. The food was so goood! I don’t regret spending my birthday there.

    Not sure what my waiters name is but he went the extra mile for me very happy with his service
