    Went for the 1st time to experience the Johnny Walker Blue Smokehouse Sundays and I must say the food was divine. Every meal was backed up with a Johnny Blue drink. I would definetely recommend it to the masses.

    I recently visited Rockets Lifestyle with three friends to try their R350 meal special and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. While the service initially seemed standard, we were quickly treated in a way that was completely unacceptable. To start, our starter was served together with the main meal and we were rushed to eat because “it was busy.” Despite booking a table inside a week in advance, one of my friends who arrived on time was seated outside. When we requested to move inside, we were told we had to pay the bill first even though we hadn’t yet received our desserts and final drinks. After finally moving inside, we waited 45 minutes for our desserts and drinks. When I enquired, we were told they were still being prepared. To our shock, the desserts arrived as two scoops of ice cream in a bowl, without spoons, and were simply placed on the table. When we asked for spoons, the waiters claimed it was “not their department” and did nothing. We waited another 30 minutes as the ice cream melted, before giving up and leaving. Despite paying for our meals (and tipping the waiter), we were treated with blatant disrespect and complete disregard. The waiters were rude, unhelpful and clearly unwilling to assist. This was a total waste of time and money, and it’s upsetting that a restaurant would treat paying customers in this manner. I strongly do not recommend this establishment.
