    I booked the top floor when we got there, we were seated but no waiter that came to service us sat there for quite sometime. Later gentleman came and offered us to go and do k special on the ground floor. I still feel it was the way of removing us from there coz of them not interested in serving ordering good patrons. There were other waiter there but the gentleman were standing watching soccer. Cut cut we got downstairs special was offered but I still feel your special should have a variety not mcimbini food only maybe a steak or chicken or fish not just a plate full of food that we ended up eating chicken and brisket only. The gentleman that served us downstairs he was good shame. He kept on checking on us and that menu if you don’t drink offers one drink what does that mean for us who don’t drink?🚱 You really need to do something about your special menu. I’ll be coming back just see the customer service second time round.

    Calamari was rubbery, steaks were over done. The waiter was always confused and we had to remind him to bring some of the drinks order after 20 min of placing it.

    Worst service ever, l took my time planning the birthday dinner of my dreams and thought l chose the best restaurant to celebrate it but l regret choosing it. Everything was so rushed, they wanted us to finish eating and just leave. I had enquired about the decor in the private room that l had booked and they said yes it’s allowed, upon arrival it was a different story. The manager only came once on the table and asked us to finish sooner. The food was cold. Horrible service ever.
