    If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience. The lady at reception directed us to where we'd be sitting. At the top level, no one was there to greet us or sit us down. We sat for a good 15 minutes before we flagged down a waitress, who said we should have been assigned a waiter and she's not our waiter and she'll get someone to assist but never did. Another 10 minutes goes by and we flag another waiter, he asks the same questions and if we have a reservation and wanted to seat us elsewhere where we had booked for that specific view and said he said he would check with the bookings lady, he left for another 5-7 minutes, and that's when we decided to leave and they didn't even notice. Extremely unhelpful especially considering how empty the place was. Ewww
