The Silo Rooftop is the ideal spot for a sunset cocktail. For outside guests a deposit of R150 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

The Silo Rooftop offers guests a relaxed, al fresco experience with spectacular panoramic views of Cape Town from the tallest building in the V&A Waterfront. Enjoy a glass of bubbly, South African wine or a classic cocktail while you soak up the last of the day’s sunshine.

Kindly note that access to The Silo Rooftop is weather dependent and the pool is strictly for resident hotel guests only.

    we have booked for 4 at 6pm, so we could enjoy the sunset, but the staff had a few tables of 4 sitting 2 people who were there for hours already an\d not leaving. so we had to sit away from the sunset view. also many people with kids and babies!!! is this a bar or what??? the waiter was not knowledgeable with a bad african accent. so what is the point of booking and pay a deposit to be told "oh sorry but the people arrived early and not leaving, so you have to sit on the othernside of the bar and away from the sunset. It was a bit upsetting, with babies and kids crying slurping food on our sits... i hope you will think about your rules. Thanks. a capetonian who brought overseas visitors to your bar!

    We were a party of 5, it was for a belated Birthday for my Niece, was a little embarrassing as the menu options were pretty limited and very costly for what we got. The Crispy Poky bowl was not great. The rice was a clump of overcooked rice that had no seasoning, not even enough sauce in the bowl to flavour the rice or the rest of the ingredients. Also found that the R150/person booking deposit a pain.we wanted to increase our party to 8 but since I paid the booking deposit, i decline our other friend to join, even though your restaurant was not as busy at the time

    The Venue and Rooftop is just incredible, the service is amazing. We always have a wonderful time. Not to be missed, especially as a visitor to Cape Town.
