Enjoy a fabulous afternoon with family and friends while enjoying our pastry chef's masterful creations.

Enjoy our pastry chef’s selection of petit gateaux and exquisite teatime treats as well as a selection of savoury delights. Served daily from 2:30PM to 4:30PM with a last seating at 3:30pm.

Bookings are essential and full payment is required in order to confirm the booking.

Kindly note that 24 hours’ notice is required in order to prepare everything for the Royal Tea and there may be an additional charge for specific dietary requirements.

    We had a lovely time and compliments to the chef and kitchen for putting together such a lovely vegan assortment for us, not every day you get catered for so specific when asking for a vegan menu. The staff was extremely welcoming. We highly recommend the Royal Tea at the Silo. Thanks!

    I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for an exceptional high tea experience in celebration of my 30th birthday. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, from the savoury bites to the decadent desserts. The service was impeccable — attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The ambience made the afternoon feel truly special and memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making this milestone celebration unforgettable.     This was for my wife and sisters and they had a great time, they really make you feel special and remember things you put in the notes when making the booking and it just shows the level of service they provide. 10/10 would do again

    Royal tea at The Silo Hotel was again a lovely experience. The best food and excellent service. Both the vegetarian option and the normal menu was top quality and the boxes that was brought for the food we simply couldn't finish, was such a lovely gesture. It must be the best place for High Tea in Cape Town.

    This is the second time I’ve enjoyed this high tea and hope to revisit every time I return to Cape Town it is a lovely experience. Highly recommended.
