    The food was beautifully cooked and the Service was excellent. The food tasted really nice, good quality produce, great wine at reasonable prices.

    The best steak house in the Western Cape. Again, we had the T-bone to share with the chips and side salad. Mind blowing as always. Good wine and great service.

    I went from being excited to bring people from out of town here and totally hyped up the outing, to being completely embarrassed after receiving our food. Ordered medium rare steak, but got dry, overcooked meat that I could not chew and had to send back. Burgers were also ordered medium rare and arrived dry, hard and tasteless. The fries were also oddly sweet. An overall disappointing experience, for a place whose signature meal is steak and chips. Writing this review because I genuinely think you need this feedback.

    The steak (rump & sirloin) was cooked as ordered and very nice. More choice on steak size and adding rump to the menu would be good though! Good value for money however. The waiter unfortunately mixed up the order, giving the medium rare to one who asked for medium so took a few minutes before we realised the error! Overall a pleasant meal.

    We had a very nice table at the Main Street. Unfortunately the price for the cab by the glass was a joke for SA. With this price in mind I expect to, at least , see the bottle. Also the steak was too expensive for its size. No kids menu. It’s more an expensive bistro with a wine shop as a restaurant.
