Salsa is not your traditional Mexican Grill. Sure, we offer authentic Mexican recipes. And yes, we use traditional cooking methods. In fact, we traveled all the way to the West Coast of the USA to master them and bring them back to South Africa!

But, what makes the Salsa experience truly special is the inspired, healthy, modern twist that we give each of our signature dishes. Salsa is all about freedom. Naturally, we use only the freshest, quality ingredients, sourced from farms that meet our high ethical standards. We support sustainable farming, and small businesses – with grass-fed beef and free range chicken as healthy alternatives offered on our menu.     It was really so nice. The food is tasty and so filling. Our waiter Nosi was brilliant and quick. I would definitely return.

    We had the most amazing time! Our waiter always came and checked up on us,the food was delicious and served in a record time. We had our anniversary lunch and the manager arranged something special for us,we really enjoyed it! Thank you very much Salsa Bedford team for the friendliness,delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Would recommend you 10000%!!!!

    Nachos were soft and soggy. Jalapeño poppers were also soft and not crispy.
