Salsa is not your traditional Mexican Grill. Sure, we offer authentic Mexican recipes. And yes, we use traditional cooking methods. In fact, we traveled all the way to the West Coast of the USA to master them and bring them back to South Africa!

Naturally, we use only the freshest, quality ingredients, sourced from farms that meet our high ethical standards. We support sustainable farming, and small businesses – with grass-fed beef and free range chicken as healthy alternatives offered on our menu.     We had a great time and the food was excellent. The service we received from our waiter, Mandela, was fantastic.

    We booked for 19:30, and only left the restaurant at 21:30, food was extremely late . The starter took an hour to bring. Very long evening.
