    First our coupon was cancelled and we were printed a paper that says refund is pending, I fell like when we do bookings coupon must be ask and then that time you will notify your customers, imagine if we didn't have cash. Casuarina cancelled and weekdeals offered us another spar wich we went to in tygervalley before we came to the hotel. And we were tolled that London bistro isn't cancelled we can use the same capon when we arrived at the restaurant it was another story. The lady who was serving us was very friendly, good service from her. We were told it's not a busy day so the food won't take long, we waited for the food so the kitchen staff took for ever to prepare our order. Another thing that when we choose the table cz you are advised to sit anywhere, our table wasn't cleaned, so it was cleaned when we were already sitting on it. Again other guest had to sit in a table where they was desert of the client that already left the restaurant.

    Amazing customer service, the food I wanted to marry to chef. They have basement parking u know sea point and parking is a struggle. Was there with a wiki deal and with that they add the tip on the bill of what u purchase on the day there which is definitely ok with me .

    We were warmly welcomed and our stater was served quickly however our mains 1 place was wrong so my partner had to wait until I get my order before he could eat. We sat for almost 15 minutes before our table was cleared then we waited for almost 30 minutes for our dessert with was malva pudding with custard that had lumps and it was cold.
