    Christmas lunch was deeply disappointing. The food quality was poor and certainly not worth the premium price charged for the occasion. The atmosphere felt more like a rowdy bar than a festive dining experience. To make matters worse, the till system went down and we were left waiting roughly 30 minutes just to receive our bill. Overall, far from the standard expected for a Christmas lunch.

    Christmas lunch was a huge disappointment. On original booking I asked for rooftop and they made a reservation at the bistro. On finding out later Ibtried to change it and after a 2 day lag I was told the last table got booed. The menu online looked good and high end only to arrive in a total honey tonk setting and not upscale as I thought it would be. Appetizer bread was inedible and the dessert too. Main food was basic. On vacation from USA so won’t be recommending

    The staff are absolutely amazing, kind and helpful, very efficient, the atmosphere is very inviting and the food is delicious, I will definitely visit again. Thank you so much

    Only reason for rating the service low is beauty they were very busy and seemed a bit understaffed at the time. But the waitress was very polite and did her best to see to all clients.
