    Dear Management, I am writing to formally complain about the truly disappointing service my husband and I had during our birthday dinner reservation on 12 Sept 2025. What was meant to be a special celebration was instead marred by a series of significant service failures. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were being overlooked. We were seated and then completely ignored while tables around us received your "bread" appetizer. The fact that we were explicitly excluded from this basic courtesy made us extremely uncomfortable. Adding to the frustration, I had to actively flag down a waiter after 20 minutes just to attempt to order drinks, having already mentioned we had a voucher. The response I received – that the voucher needed to be printed before I could even order drinks, despite no drinks being included – was shocking as drinks are payable by us in any case and created an immediate barrier to service. Another 15 minutes passed with no follow-up, leaving us without even a water offer. A little while later a waiter approached our table, not to finally take our order, but to ask if he could take our menus for another table. I had to bluntly state that we hadn't even had the opportunity to order drinks yet. He then hastily took our food order and immediately whisked away our menus, demonstrating a complete disregard for our experience. It took a further 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive after this hurried exchange. The cumulative effect of these prolonged delays, and the lack of attention made our birthday dinner an incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing experience. This level of service is simply not what one expects from any establishment, let alone one chosen for a special occasion. I urge you to investigate these serious lapses in service immediately. We left feeling completely disregarded and our special evening was ruined. PS: We even brought to one of the waiters' attention that the rolls served with our muscle pot

    Everything was fine…the only thing I’m disappointed is I was booked for my birthday from Johannesburg and I asked for etlest if they can sing for me but there was nothing special

    I didn't like that my steak was cut into strips and there was too much sauce on it and on the ribs that I had to scrape some of it off with a knife. The starters were skewer prawns that were tasteless and overcooked, and a muscle pot that was also tasteless, but the size was nice. The table was very small, had to move some things on to other tables that weren't occupied. The service was lovely and the space was nice and clean.
