As an energetic entrepreneur, he has expanded his food empire to include his own range of condiments, and two more restaurants: Bertus Basson at Spice route and Spek & Bone in Stellenbosch.

    The salad was very nice. The pork rinds still had some undone bits in it and had little own flavour. This provided solely by chilly powder sprinkled on top. The chicken and the break had nice dressings in principle, but the flavours did not come together

    Cauliflower is a winner! Meat dishes could do with the same finesse. Always order the gnocchi????

    Food tasty but for the price hardly worth it. Wine list very pricey - so not a place we would go back to.
