The new Stellenbosch Kitchen restaurant, located in the historic centre of Stellenbosch, operates in a National Monument building that previously housed the very popular Jan Cats Restaurant & Ladies Bar, established in 1987.
Stellenbosch Kitchen and its underlying property are owned by Andre and Helena Pieterse, who also own the 5-star Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa and the highly regarded Helenas Restaurant at 33 Church Street in Stellenbosch.

Our dishes are adapted from classics found around the world. We source most of our produce within 50km of Stellenbosch and we liaise closely with our suppliers to procure only the freshest seasonal ingredients.

    Far below par. Only one service of lamb curry at 20.00. Poor wine choice. Never again.

    We had a lovely evening out with family and the pulled pork burgers were outstanding. Would definitely recommend recommend Stellenbosch Kitchen.
