    A beautiful setting. So peaceful. After the dreadful fire which destroyed Giovanni’s, it was a real pleasure to visit Laborie on the Stoep. Lovely cheerful staff and a gorgeous view. Fully recommend!

    We had a lovely Sunday lunch here . It is a great place to sit . All was good except the waitress was just OK and this is unusual fro SA

    Food was meh. Nothing brilliant. Service was slow. Not worth the money. So many better options nearby.

    Hake was super (with mash) Caesar salad uninspiring ..parmesan grate and dry had zero flavour Cocktails uninspiring Laborie merlot sour good value. Beautiful setting and restaurant. Extremely helpful friendly staff I'll go for the hake next time..!

    Our first time at Stoep and it was delightful. Best fish and chips ever. Service was excellent. We shall return.
