The STRATUS Bar & Restaurant is an upmarket A la Carte restaurant open for Lunch and Dinner. Located on the 8th Floor of Coastlands SKYE Hotel, the restaurant, has an infinity pool, wood fire pizza oven and breathtaking sea views.

The STRATUS Restaurant, is not a Halaal certified restaurant. However, we are certain that it would give you a sense of comfort in knowing that all meals are prepared free of alcoholic ingredients and further that the meat sourced to prepare all dishes is Halaal certified. Please speak to our Executive Chef on duty / Restaurant Manager should you require additional information, we will be glad to assist. Please note Halaal certified meals can be made available on request.

    A very unpleasant experience. Quality and preparation of food is not good. A restaurant in a hotel, the food especially should be top notch, but unfortunately for us, it was a bad experience.

    The staff was super efficient, Nobuhle was extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests, Donovan was on par with all the orders, we did not face any obstacles, The 28 Ladies really enjoyed the meals and the ambience, would definitely visit again.

    The service provided by the team was exceptional. Nobuhle, who assisted with my reservation, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. She thoughtfully prepared personalised reservation cards with each guest’s name, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated by my team. This small but meaningful gesture made the occasion even more memorable. The food was also excellent, adding to an overall wonderful experience.
