    The view and ambience really make Strolla amazing. This was my second time at this establishment and I had the same experience the last time. Waiters are lovely but give the impression that they are understaffed and overworked. We ordered drinks as soon as we sat down so luckily we had that, but waited so long to be served thereafter. There were 4 tables calling on the waiter because we were ready to order food and hadn't been asked for almost 30 minutes! We eventually ordered and when our food arrived, my husband's steak sandwich was cold, my son's burger was well done instead of medium. The oysters were amazing though thank you for that. We then proceeded to wait long periods before being asked for our next drinks order. And getting the bill was like extracting teeth! Asked twice, wanted to leave! Service like this really does give this beautiful place such a bad rep. Our bill wasn't small, we spent 1500, now imagine if there were enough waiters, how much more drinks we would have had and how much more money that would have brought in and how much bigger the tip could have been for our waiter. I'm disappointed.

Waiting extended periods to place orders, receive drinks, or request the bill is unacceptable, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you and your family. You are absolutely correct in your observation regarding staffing levels. On this occasion, our service flow fell short, and as the General Manager, I take full responsibility for ensuring our team is adequately supported to deliver the experience our guests deserve.     Everything exceeded my expectations at this restaurant. The food portions were big so we got bang for buck. Everything was so delicious and the obvious standout was their cheesecake! I'll defs be coming back for it and the fish tacos. My 5yo daughter enjoyed herself in the play area whilst I soaked in the views and the live music with my friend. Lastly, our waiter Michael was such a cool dude, very informative and his dessert recommendation was spot on. 10/10 on everything at Strolla!

    Attended our year end function at Strolla. The service was nice, the ambience was great and the food was good. We had a waiter that was friendly and fitted right in like he was part of our team. They do get quite busy at times and seem a little under staff and seem to be a bit short on glasses, some alcoholic beverages came in milkshake glasses but overall we had a lovely time.
