    Genuinely could have been better received upon arrival. We were received by Serge and informed him of our reservation, he put us at a random table and left us to our device. We requested specific seating, a couple that arrived after us was given our requested seat which was annoying considering that we were next in line for that seating once the other patrons leave, instead the couple who already had an amazing table asked for our requested seat and immediately got it once the table was cleared - naturally this was extremely frustrating. The manager was pretty cold towards us, not sure if that’s his persona or we were just out of luck. Nigel made up for the experience! Super great guy and was attentive! Excellent service from him! Food as always, was good. Reception of us could have been extremely better, there is no doubt about that. Purpose of a Reservation was defeated, there truly is no point to it.

    My husband was so impressed with the Ahi tuna steak that he had. Service was a bit slow especially when it came time to get the bill but the restaurant was quite busy so we understand

    We had an amazing evening at Surf Shack, our waiter David was excellent and really made the experience and evening very enjoyable and his food recommendations were delicious.
