Place was just too full and the was not enough room space for us or any other customers. Any way we manage to have great time.

I have eaten here a number of times and the food and service is always exceptional. Because of the consistency I am always comfortable to take guests to TANG. This last visit was equally good. My guests loved the food and we could not find a single fault with flavor, plating, timing, temperature and service. We had, chicken dim sum, chicken yakatori, Orange Chicken, KFC Korean Chicken, Sea Bass, Cardamom Choc tart and the fortune cookie and ice cream.

Service from Prince was great. Food was disappointing for the price. Ordered a wagyu steak (R670) that came to the table cold, no char on it at all. Chips were good. Could not taste any truffle in the sauce... it tasted like tangy aioli. Also had the peking duck which was dry and not flavorsome. The skin was not crispy and the pancake I thought I was going to get was actually an Indian roti, not a Japanese pancake. Veggies served with the duck was dry and unappetizing. Plum sauce was overpowering. Webhad 3 starters... Tacos were served cold, that's new to me. They were nicely filled but cold and acidy. Wagyu tataki was ok. Dressed up so much that I could mostly taste lemon and pickled onion. The crispy prawns were the highlight of our meal. Cocktails were good. Overall average experience. Perhaps they were busy at the time or my expectations were too high.
