Our one of a kind family-friendly restaurant located in the heart of Irene, Centurion. The Barn Restaurant which is situated within the iconic Irene Farm, is in one of the historic original farm buildings which date back over 120 years. We offer intimate and charming inside dining or serene outside seating under the old oak trees with picturesque views of the farm. For the families, we have newborn calves to interact with, a jungle gym, splash pool for the toddlers and antique tractors to fiddle with. There are several small dams with ducks, geese, turtles and fish for you to see. If that wasn't enough to do, there are also walking trails around the farm which take you through our avenues of trees and pastures of Holstein cows. No matter the age, we have something for you. Come unwind at Irene Farm for an unforgettable experience and timeless memories!

    Very good waiters, good food, lovely venue...untill one sees the disgusting pollution down by the river with plastic bags everywhere! Also stench from cows is rather offputting. Very kid friendly though with very nice play area close to restuarants and great open lawns and paved avenue to walk down to river. Lovely ambience generally and also very good Deli with but I was shocked when the R500 deposit for 5 people that I paid through the online booking process for the Barn restuarant was refused to be refunded because it didn't reflect in my bank account yet as proof, as the the 3rd party Dineplan managing their online deposit function only deducted this from my account on the following day (Monday), leaving me a lot of admin to try and reclaim this (still waiting)...despite my name and surname clearly being on the reservation list.

    Thank you for such an awesome day, we got there at 10h00 and only left at 5pm. All your staff provided exceptional service especially Koketso was such a great hostess, none of my guest wanted to leave. She really went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs we were treated like royalty. All my guest and I will definitely be returning soon and the food was so delicious, we had a stunning overall experience! Thank you for making my special such a great memory.     We ordered pizzas- (biltong & mince) and we had FUN & enjoyed our food, also the milkshakes tasting experience was superb & out of this world.
