Our one of a kind family-friendly restaurant located in the heart of Irene, Centurion. The Barn Restaurant which is situated within the iconic Irene Farm, is in one of the historic original farm buildings which date back over 120 years. We offer intimate and charming inside dining or serene outside seating under the old oak trees with picturesque views of the farm. For the families, we have newborn calves to interact with, a jungle gym, splash pool for the toddlers and antique tractors to fiddle with. There are several small dams with ducks, geese, turtles and fish for you to see. If that wasn't enough to do, there are also walking trails around the farm which take you through our avenues of trees and pastures of Holstein cows. No matter the age, we have something for you. Come unwind at Irene Farm for an unforgettable experience and timeless memories!

    Service is pathetic, waited over a hour for our food, waitresses didn't follow up. Had to ask for a take away multiple times before going to get it myself.

    First, I booked a milkshake tasting for me and my husband. After we told them we have a booking, the waiter went and brought our milkshakes but the waiter just disappeared and didn't explain anything to us or asked if we wanted anything else. I had to go on their website to get an idea and try and explain it to my husband. We had to ask another waiter to order water. Then after we found our waiter we ordered the Cowboy pizza (which is quite expensive). The pizza was soggy in the middle, we had to eat the ends with a knife and fork and then we could pick it up. The toppings was almost non-existent. We called the waiter and asked if they had any sauces, specifically chilly sauce. The waiter understood and went to the back. But get this, he took forever and then we saw him bringing orders to other customers and helping even more people to pay and that is where we had enough. My husband got his attention and had to ask him again for the sauce. Finally we got the sauce. That waiter didn't even bring our bill, another waiter came with the card machine. And we sat in the sun and no one came to help us with the umbrella. I booked this tasting as a cute idea for a special date with my husband but I was so embarrassed at the end and I will honestly never go back there. It is expensive and the service and the food is not worth it.

    Don't know why you ask a deposito for reservations, as your walk in clients pay nothing! Simply cancel an appointment if a group don't pitch up on time. The bill always need to be sent back because you did not credit the deposito!!
