We had a lovely lunch, celebrated both my father’s & my sister’s birthdays. Service was better on our previous visit. The restaurant was very loud, battled to have a conversation across the table. Might have been better to be seated on the deck

The Beach House Restaurant, Yzerfontein – 19 April 2025 We had requested a table inside with a sea view, and we were seated overlooking the bay. The service was exceptional - James welcomed us warmly on arrival, and Janine took impeccable care of us at the table. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, the atmosphere remained relaxed, and at no point did we feel rushed. Each course was delivered at a perfectly unhurried pace, allowing us to savour each moment. For starters, we both enjoyed the beetroot with creamed goat’s cheese—a beautiful presentation and delicious. Our main courses were equally outstanding. I had the grilled hake with prawns and a fresh salad, while my husband opted for grilled hake with chips and vegetables. The hake was perfectly cooked, and the prawns—plump, juicy, and packed with flavour. It was a truly memorable afternoon—superb food, attentive service. Highly recommended - a very special coastal dining experience.

We enjoyed a beautiful long lunch with perfect views, great food & service, just a pity that the wine are really a bit overpriced.

wow the views! what a spectacular place to have lunch. Food was delicious - seafood and other items alike. Service was a bit disappointing - lots of waiters running around but tobasco had to be asked for 5 times (and should be brought with oysters surely?) and the main course took a long time to come out. All in all we had a great time though and was a great stop on way to Langebaan.
