    Waited 2hours to be served and ended leaving because of slow service. They were shocked that we reserved and initially gave us stories. They really ruined my plans for the day.

    The bistro in between the hotel lobby and there is no chance to sit by yourself or in a group and enjoy dinner. The service was also very poor and the food just not what we expected from a hotel like this.

    Absolutely terrible - staying at the hotel for a week and leaving every chance to eat elsewhere. Do not order the salads - just terrible!

    The manager a tall guy was racist to me,even though I explained to him I had forgotten my bank card @ my hotel, I can do immediate payment he refused and said I will reverse the transaction, there is no way a person can reverse an immediate payment, y because I'm black.One of the managers.who was black ended up helping me and I did the transfer.If I booked the lunch all the way from johannesburg do you think I could then reverse payment.Disappointed and never will I go back again.
