    Some of good out of stocks. And the seasoning put on the steaks and chips was put too much, test salty.

    The food could have been alot better. I ordered a Steak and Rib Pizza. It was soaked in BBQ sauce and the sauce had no unique flavoring. There was definitely only rib on there the meat was too soft to be steak. I did not enjoy it

    Had the worst experience ever - my friend and I sent our steaks back 3 times! It was finally inedible. It tasted good but quality of meat (sirloin and rump) was so tough that we never ate it. The waiter and manager were so apologetic- but they need to change their meat supplier, especially as it is the restaurant belonging to the butcher. Very disappointing

We're truly sorry that both your sirloin and rump steaks were inedible despite your patience and multiple returns to the kitchen. While we’re pleased to hear our staff handled the matter with professionalism and care, we fully understand that this does not make up for a disappointing dining experience.     Thanks so much Hansie for your reply. I have been to the Braai Room on many occasions but normally order the fillet so have not had these experiences before. This will not put me off going - hopefully the next time will be better.
