    Maybe it was because it was a buffet, but the breakfast was bland and cold. Definitely won't try that again

    We booked a specific table early in the week to watch the rugby, however due to the tables not being numbered there was no recourse when the table we booked was not available, this put a real damper on the ambiance as both parties claimed to have booked the same table. There was also no pre announcement or indication that there would be a breakfast buffet, and that the kitchen would not be serving off the menu, while this may have been innovative to cater for the expected crowd, the buffet price proved to be high and not too many people took up the offer, when management adjusted, the kitchen could not handle the influx causing many people to be wait long periods for their food. The wait service has been on a steady decline over the last year, they slow and not attentive to their tables, many times you have to search for the waiter as they nowhere to be seen. Are they waiting for the back staff (bar or kitchen) or just milling around elsewhere? Do they have dedicated areas that they serve? This was a very disappointing, as we normally have very good breakfasts (the chips are my favourite, oh did I mention for this occasion the fryer was out of order or something!)

    Due to being a windy day the trees kept blowing small flowers onto the food and drinks we had to constantly cover our food. The food was great the coffee freezo not great very bland too much ice

    Thank you for making my son's birthday party so special. All the food was delicious, but the pap balls and pork nuggets were out of this world!
