    The service we got from our waitress was great, she was very quick and helpful… no manager came to check on us tho

    We had an amazing time hosting my son’s 2nd birthday! All the waiters were so friendly as well as regular visits from the manager. We did however, wait long for our food. But other than that, we had an absolutely awesome time. Food is amazing. Play area is amazing! Thank you Braai Room! 🙌🏻

    Our food was cold but they resolved this by reheating it/it was very edible!

    Celebrated our 3 year old girl’s birthday party at Braai Room. The venue is perfect for a kids party, the kids loved and enjoyed it so much. The service is just very slow and order was mixed up. Waited very long for the food and drinks. Keeping separate bills also seemed challenging for the staff. For the most part we had a great day and enjoyed the venue, food and drinks. Better service and consistency will go a long way in improving the overall experience from good to exceptional.

    It has been a while since I visited and I recommended the braai room to friends as it's kid friendly. The kids play area is not fully enclosed anymore. The gate into the kids area has a latch at eye level for smaller kids (4/5yr old) which may cause damage to someone's eye My pet peeve, coin operated games have been added at the entrance. One of which is a shooting game that young children can access. The purpose of going to the restaurant was for the kids to play together however the gravitate to the machines. As a parent I do not want to have to constantly draw tokens, I come to your restaurant to socialize, eat and tip your staff. I do not want to waste money on tokens.

    My evening at the Braai Room was absolutely delightful. Thank you to Prince, our server who did an excellent job for the evening and the food was amazing. We will definitely be going back very soon.
