    Such a wonderful evening! We had Chinese nationals who wanted to experience South African cuisine and braai room was the perfect place to visit, service was excellent, food was amazing and we can’t wait to visit again

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and it was a lovely atmosphere. We were at Nikkis Lonehill, above the Braai Room.

    Hi there. We had Mothers Day Buffet breakfast at Nickys Bistro on 12 May. Did was average in taste but a lot of variety and enough of everything. The waiters were lovely and accommodating and went above and beyond for us. The mothers day gifts were finished so we didn't get any which was disappointing and we had to ask for it before we were told. The place was extremely busy and people were cramped in. All in all not a bad experience and really appreciate the waiter's efforts.

    Hi there Adele, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the Mothers day gift that was not presented. Yes Nicky's are a Little Coffee Bistro with limited seating of 50seats and we tried not to overbook, but we had some guests changing and adding extra seating on the morning of mothers day and made it very difficult to assist everyone in there needs. We always strive to offer a memorable experience and faltered in a few elements and will ensure to rectify those areas. Have a lovely day

    I was not happy with the service. Nothing on my plate was seasoned. The overall experience was a significant disappointment. It was fist visit. There won't be another.

    The food for the mothers day buffet was really poor. Allot of the items was hard and no taste Nicky's food and service is always good - I go there all the time . But the Mothers Day Buffet let your brand down big time.
