    I used to be a regular customer at the Bull Run. The last time I was there about two years ago I took a friend from the USA and we had a terrible experience, but I thought maybe it was because my friend is vegetarian and struggled at a predominantly carnivorous instituion. Last night I made a booking for 8 to celebrate my brothers graduation. The meal took 90 minutes to arrive, all our meals except the lamb shank were cold, all the beef steaks and the lamn chops were absolutely awful- the temperatures were all wrongly cooked, the meat was tough- it felt like it had been cut in the wrong direction and defrosted in the microwave and not allowed to rest properly after being cooked- you guys forget that we cook at home and know how to cook a steak and how to prepare it. The steaks were not seasoned at all- not even salt. Only garnished with a bit of chives and parsley. In fact I can confidently say we all agreed that those were the worst steaks we have ever had in our lives and I will definitely never return to the Bull Run or recommend to anyone ever again after being embarrased twice.
