Lost the fun beach vibe, little atmosphere the cricket was on instead of background music. No sushi anymore and limited supper menu choice. Disappointed after a wonderful two night stay in March with great food! Breakfast was good though!

We made a booking at the Bungalow on a Wednesday evening which was always had amazing vibe and great food. There were two tables including ours and we went elsewhere to eat. It was so disappointing. The prices have become ridiculous. The only pink wine they had was just over R400.00 The service was shocking. The only thing that was the same was the view. What an earth has happened there. I am afraid that unless there is a dramatic improvement we will not be back. We always had to book well in advance and try to get a table ! That doesn't seem to be a problem there at all now. It is empty !!!!

We had their pizzas, they were super tasty, however super over priced, perhaps catering for tourists rather than locals (sad). It was very quiet, but in fairness it was Monday after all. I am sure over the weekends and in season its vibey. Service - the lady was very friendly and helpful but when my husband tried to call her to order pudding, she brought the bill instead. There were one or two other smaller incidents where she didn't quite know what we wanted. We noted that another couple had eaten part of their meal and asked for a takeaway but were later told that there was a misunderstanding and that the food had been thrown out. Not cool!

The food was lovely, although I found the pizzas to be on the expensive side. Having said that, I really enjoyed The Bungalow pizza. Others at my table had the fish & chips. Which looked tasty. It was a Sunday evening, so fairly quiet, but the setting is lovely & we had a good evening.

We went to The Bungalow for our wedding anniversary & I booked way before the date. We called that afternoon to add a couple to the table & I confirmed that I could use my Dineplan voucher with the lady on the call. On arrival we were not shown to a table & nothing was set up for us and we had to make our own arrangements to get an 8-seater together. We had to call a waiter to come and take our drinks order & then again to order the food. We got there on time at 6:30 and were only served our food after 8. The service was poor. My calamari main was cold on arrival & had grit in it. When I went to pay, the lady on duty then said that my Dineplan voucher was not accepted at the restaurant. We were disappointed with our evening.
