Located on Hobie Beach in Plettenberg Bay, The Bungalow offers relaxed coastal dining with sweeping ocean views and a vibrant, seasonal menu. From fresh seafood to gourmet wood-fired pizzas and handcrafted cocktails, every detail is designed to celebrate the best of beachside living.

    What a difference a year makes. We had booked for a special occasion based on a previous enjoyable evening but were extremely disappointed. From having not been able to find a menu, needing a passcode to get in, no vegan options and not prepared to make something and then charging R260 for 4 sides, what a ripoff. There was no manager present , they were short staffed and cutting back according to the person that served. Then the Dom Pedro had no alcohol in but still charged R125. We will not be back and certainly will not recommend as the whole experience left a bad taste. Dineplan please make it mandatory for all to put their menus online

    When we arrived everything was dark, the gate was closed only to be opened by a codelock. A complete disaster!!!!

    Not easy to get the Reservation and into the Restaurant. Ford and drinks in acceptabke Selection and good quality. Defintive worth to visit.

    Good food, quiet location and friendly staff. Beachside but the very steep hill makes it’s difficult to walk to. Transport recommended

    Sadly there was no atmosphere. Unlike last year when the Bungalow was heaving with great music and vibes, this year it was dead. Such a shame. Empty car park and half full restaurant. Such a shame.
